A ‘concerned’ fan of gospel singer Mercy Chinwo has urged her spiritual mother, Chioma Jesus to advise her against recent ‘show off’ online.
Obieze CIDP, via his Facebook page explained since Mercy Chinwo got married, she’s been engaging in a lot of social media showoffs, flaunting gifts she received from her husband.
He said if caution was not applied, the newly married gospel minister may turn her husband Pastor Blessed into another idol.
Obieze also hoped Chinwo would stay focused in ‘leading souls to Christ through her singing prowess and grace’ rather than engage in ‘showing of earthly achievements thereby drawing the attention of many doubters’.
The post reads: “Dear Chioma Jesus, you’re Mercy Chinwo’s spiritual mother. I want you to advice her to slow down on the social media show off for now. I know she’s still new in the marriage lifestyle so the thing will be shacking her like pamy. She has been almost all over the place ever since she got married I understand that feeling too although I’m still single.
