At the finale of the Homecoming 2022 “Final woman thou art loosed” Conference (FWTAL),Renowned Preacher, Bishop T.D Jakes anoints and passes the WTAL ministry baton to his youngest daughter Sarah Jakes Roberts
It was an Emotional yet powerful moment when Bishop T.D Jakes commissioned his daughter by laying hands,as he passes the New era tourch of the “Woman Thou Art Loosed” conference,now called “Woman Evolve” To his daughter Sarah as she continues the WTAL legacy.
After several years of pastoring the “Woman thou art loosed” ministry, TD Jakes finally hands over the immense ministry to his daughter, Sarah Jakes Roberts at the grand finale conference.
“This is just the beginning and not the end” for “Woman thou art loosed” – T.D Jakes.
The popular American bishop of the Potter’s house (a non-denominational American mega church) who also doubles as an author and filmmaker, T.D Jakes also mentioned at the conference that “it is not a weakness for a man to empower a woman”
The conference “Woman thou art loosed” has been running for over 25 years and it has gone on to become a global movement now Sarah Jakes has been laden with the duty to carry on its legacy as she assumes the new role as the leader of the next generation of women’s leadership events in addition to her own ministry and conference “Women Evolve”.
“Women Evolve” was launched in 2017 and it was borne out of Sarah Jakes’ experience. The movement is committed to erasing limits and challenging the norms of what it means to be a modern woman of faith.
