Bishop David Abioye, founder of the Conquerors Global Assembly, has shared a powerful testimony of faith and divine healing. He revealed that during the COVID-19 pandemic, his wife was diagnosed with HIV. However, through persistent prayer and unwavering faith, she was later declared completely free of the virus.
During a Sunday service, while teaching on divine healing, Bishop Abioye recounted how he immediately rejected the initial diagnosis, refusing to accept the medical report.
He emphasized the importance of faith, explaining that he prayed fervently and made scriptural declarations before insisting on a second medical test, which ultimately confirmed her full healing.
He stated, “During COVID-19 they said my wife had HIV. I said no. Not in this body. By the time they checked her… because I had scriptural revelations — ‘the prince of this world came to check me and they have found nothing’ — I said, ‘go and do the check-up.’ They checked her and they couldn’t find anything. Healing is not for gentlemen; you don’t nurse sickness to go, you fight sickness to go.”
Bishop Abioye encouraged believers to trust God’s power to intervene in seemingly impossible situations, emphasizing that faith and prayer are central to experiencing miracles.
