For many lovers of Christian home movies, the name Mike Bamiloye will surely ring a bell as he’s the pioneer of Christian home movies in Nigeria through his drama ministry known as the Mount Zion Drama Ministry.
Joshua Mike Bamiloye is one of the sons of the veteran actor. As expected, Joshua has followed in his father’s step and added his own experience to the Mount Zion Drama Ministry.

Presenter: Sir, Can you tell us more about yourself?
Jaymikee: I am a Drama minister, a Christian,an evengelist and I am also into children ministry
Presenter: Are you a script writer?
Jaymikee: Not exactly, I write skit and short videos. Script writing is for my brother
Presenter: What is the inspiration behind the hilarious Jay and Josh?
Jaymikee: The urge to pass across messages from the Bible in an hilarious, interactive and informative form inspired Jay and Josh. it started in 2015
Seeing a person in two places at a time tends to call attention, so I was inspired to use that idea coupled with humour to pass across messages.
Presenter: Being someone that is multi talented, how do you get to do all these and still have time for yourself.
Jaymikee: When people say multi talented I usually argue with them because there is difference between multi talented and multi functional. You can be useful in several area but that doesn’t mean that you are multi talented in them so that’s how I see myself
so when people say I can do this and that I say oh yes but that doesn’t mean am multi-talented am only multi -functional.
To the question, it is something that am still learning. How I handled it is sticking to my Dad’s advise which is to prioritize, so I prioritize my functions
Presenter: Which part of your work do you enjoy more?
Jaymikee: I enjoy everything, however,doing what you enjoy can also get you stressed.
I enjoy doing all equally but if the question is to be which one do I have fun doing?, its going to be the artistic side that is the drawing and the creative aspect because you can experiment more than the standard acting stuff.
Presenter: When do you realize that this is the field you want to explore?
Jaymikee: I was born into the drama family, my parent are drama ministers. Seeing what they do and the result of it has always make me believe that I will be part of it.
Although our parent allow us explore our own gift.So, I found out that this is what I will be doing over the time.
Presenter: What is the toughest aspect from your experience?
Jaymikee: There was a period when my friends will be playing and I won’t be able to go out with them because of the wish of doing God’s will.There was a time when I released an album in 2013 and I want the album to trend but I was like what’s happening no body is listening to this song its not going as far as I want then my dad told me Joshua this songs are not your songs they are God’s songs,so if God wants to take the song to where he wants to take it to he knows how to do it and when the time comes don’t worry it only takes one song for people to know you.
Presenter: Tell us a day in your life you can never forget?
Jaymikee: Hmmm, One of the interesting ones was the starting point when my dad asked my cousin and I to produce a beat for him while he was doing the movie ‘ Blood on the altar’ up till now I can never forget that day.
Presenter: How do you feel getting an award from AGMA
Jaymikee: I feel encouraged but I am never really the award kind of guy. When I was called by the team that I deserve an award I was glad and encouraged.
Presenter: How does being a father feels?
Jaymikee: I am still trying to absorb the reality of it but it’s a beautiful experience like ‘when did I finish secondary school’.
Although I have always been in the children ministry so I think God decided to give me a specific ministry on that by giving me that boy
Presenter: Will this restrict you from doing things you plan on doing before?
Jaymikee: No, it can not and it will not in Jesus’ name. In fact this child is a fuel to do more for God
Presenter: Will your Son follow your path
Jaymikee: Yes he will….. although I will not force him but only lead and guide him to Christ
Presenter: If you were not an actor what would you have been ?
Jaymikee: I will definitely be a YouTuber, web designing or coding
Presenter: Should your fans be expecting something different from you this year?
Jaymikee: There will be something new coming from me this year
Presenter: Was doing Jay and Josh series stressful?
Jaymikee: It is very stressful, dressing and changing clothes for the different characters but the result is what gives me inspiration.
Presenter: Are you more vocal than your brother?
Jaymikee: He is the reserve and calm type while I am the vocal one
Presenter: What’s your advice for upcoming wanting to be like Jaymikee?
Jaymikee: My advice is that, please don’t be like Jaymikee just be like the God who called Jaymikee because I have flaws and don’t rush. Don’t chase money but chase the source which is God. When you chase God all other things will be added.
