The virus has since led to part of his face being paralyzed, including his nostril and some part of the mouth.

“As you can see, this eye is not blinking. I can’t smile on this side of my face. This nostril will not move, so there’s full paralysis on this side of my face

“So for those who are frustrated by my cancellations of the next shows, I’m just physically, obviously not able of doing them. This is pretty serious as you can see,” he said.

“I wish this wasn’t the case but obviously my body is telling me I gotta slow down,” he continued. “I hope you guys understand, and I’m using this time to just rest and relax and get back to 100 percent so I can do what I was born to do.” Justin Bieber continued.

Justin Bieber however maintained that God is capable and would see him through this period while he undergoes treatments, the popstar also asked his fans and well wishers to keep him in their prayers while he undergoes treatment.

Ramsay Hunt syndrome is a rare neurological disorder which causes paralysis of the facial nerve, or facial palsy, and a rash affecting the ear or mouth. Ear abnormalities such as ringing in the ears (tinnitus) and hearing loss may also be present, according to the Rare Disease Database.
