Topic: Importance of prayers
Prayers open the heavens. Luke 3:21. Heavens were opened on Jesus when He prayed. Prayers open doors and break chains, Acts 16:25. Prayers open the hands of your benefactors to remember you and assist you. James 5:16, Prayers makes power available.
Complements that make power available through prayers
1. Faith: a man will not pray in vain if he prays in faith. Faith makes prayers potent and productive. Mark 11:22-24. There are components of faith that make prayer powerful. Faith that produces results;
1. Believes in the ability of God to perform. Luke 1:45. Faith believes that God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above our imaginations and requests. Faith believes with and from the heart that it is possible, God has the ability to do all things and will do it.
2. The faith that is potent is a speaking faith. It is faith that can speak to the mountain be thou removed and it will be removed. A closed mouth is a closed destiny. Faith speaks the word of life, it speaks the word of God. It doesn’t speak by sight. It speaks as it desires to see.
Build up your faith and let your faith be strong.
3. Faith exhibited by the 3 Hebrew boys. They believed in their heart and spoke with their mouth. They advanced their faith by making known that they will not give in to Nebuchadnezzar’s demands whether or not God delivers them. Our deliverance, salvation, miracles so not in anyway affect the position or person of God. God is God with or without a miracle. Let your faith in God be strong regardless of how long you have waited.
Prayer Focus.
1. Speak to everything that looks like a mountain on your path to destiny, command it to be removed.
2. Father, show yourself as God in my life and present situation.
