Knowing the right direction to face at every point in life is a major factor for advancement and success. Many lives are stalled due to a lack of direction. People get different results due to differences in perspectives. Perspectives determine the extent of achievement. What you do with what happens to you determines how far you will go in life and not what happens to you.
Areas of Focus that Determine the Extent of Achievement in Life
1. Looking Back: Genesis 19:26, those who look back become sorrowful. There’s no future in the past. God has no place in the future for a man who looks back and thinks back. Philippians 3:13, forget the things that are behind. Let them go and move forward. You cannot go forward looking backward. Don’t regret what you cannot redress.
Prayer
1. I break free from the grip of the past in the name of Jesus.
2. I destroy everything in my past bringing me sorrow and pain. I wore them off by the blood of Jesus.
3. Father, let there be a redemption and restoration of what I lost in the past.
4. I receive the power to press forward and to arrive at my destination by the power of the Spirit.
