Looking up: this is the best alternative, faith looks up, Psalm 121:1-2, Job and Joseph looked up to God. Peter sank till he put his hands into the hands of Jesus. Nothing placed in God’s control can ever be out of control. God never disappoints. Isaiah 50:7.
What happens when you look up?
1. God will help you
2. God ensures you’re not put to shame or disgrace
3. He will bless the works of your hands.
Look at the word of God: The word of God gives confidence and direction. God’s word is settled in heaven forever. God has exalted his words above his name. Proverbs 24:13-14. Search the word of God daily. You can build your life on the word of God. The word of God never fails. Everything will come to an end except the word of God. Job 23:12, Job fixed his gaze on the word of God, he was able to overcome his challenges. Fix your gaze on the word of God and the word will profit you.
Prayers
1. Father, my eyes are upon you, come through for me.
2. Father, I stake my life and destiny on your word, your word never fails, let your word profit me.
3. Father, I hand over my challenges and adversity into your hands, let there be a divine turn around.
