2. Change of association: a man ready for a change needs to change his friends, Proverbs 13:20, hanging out with fools ruins a man’s life. You become like the people you walk with. There are certain people in your life that are detrimental to your destiny,you must change those people if you must experience a change. Don’t hang out with fools, don’t hang out with people who belittle your dream or make you feel inferior. Do not hang out with people who magnify themselves before you, belittling you in the process. Don’t hang out with people who accommodate and pamper your weaknesses. Stay away from people who encourage your wrong doings. The Holy Spirit rebukes our wrongs and it is necessary for us to yield to Him when we are rebuked. Change whoever isn’t going your direction. Change whoever introduces you to sin and covers your sin. Jonadab brought Amnon to ruin. Jonadab encouraged him to rape his half sister. He was ruined by the advise of his friend.
Prayers
1. I receive the grace to make necessary changes in my life and destiny. I drop every association that is detrimental to my life and destiny.
2. Holy Spirit, pls show me who I need to let go and those I need to relate with for my life to become better.
3. Lord I am more than this, send me the help that will take me to where I belong in life and destiny.
