Topic: Elevation
Text: Deuteronomy 2:24
Every man has a role to play in his elevation or success in life and destiny
God said to the children of Israel, rise up, take up their journey, possess and contend. Why do we need to possess and contend when God has given already? That shows that everyone has a role in his success or failure. You must participate in your own elevation despite the God factors in operation.
Factors from the man dimension of elevation
1. Diligence: you must diligently utilize the grace of God, the gift of God upon your life. Your endowment and endowment must not be allowed to waste. They must be put to use. You must trade your talent diligently. Proverbs 22:29, Romans 12:11. The only way to be elevated is not to be slothful in business, fervent in spirit and serving the Lord. No lazy man gets anything done in life.
2. Right attitude: This refers to your approach and disposition to life, people and happenings around you. Life and time may leave you behind. They do not wait for anyone and are not friendly with a man who folds his hands doing nothing with his life and destiny. Take life seriously, work hard, don’t play when you should be working. A man who will be elevated must have a positive disposition and approach towards life and people. He must be friendly to people. John 5:1-7. The man in the pool of Bethesda stayed long in his condition because ye had no friends/people while the man sick of palsy received his healing early because his friends helped him to get to the place of his change. Mark 2:1. How do you react to happenings around you? Habakuk 3:17-19. Habakuk maintained a positive disposition towards the happenings around him by expressing hope.
3. Wisdom: wisdom is critical to elevation. You can’t build without wisdom, Proverbs 8:11-12. A man who lacks wisdom cannot reign. Wisdom is not negotiable in the journey of elevation. Wisdom enhances our elevation in life and destiny like Joseph.
DECLARATION: I am not slothful in business, I am fervent in Spirit and I serve the Lord. My attitude and approach to life is positive. I approach life in a business like manner. I do not joke with life, I do not play with life, I am serious about life and I face life with the grace of the Almighty and with the wisdom of heaven. I am wise and discreet. I build with wisdom, I press on with wisdom in the name of Jesus. I am positive with my relationship with people. I make friends and not enemies. I increase in wisdom, I am surrounded with great people. My life is not barren of help and helpers. Great men and women are round about my life, my business and they offer me help in life and in destiny. I do not lack people, I do not lack wisdom, heaven is opened upon me, I am baptised with the Spirit of wisdom. I receive the spirit of wisdom and so I operate with wisdom, knowledge and understanding. The grace of the Almighty God is evident upon my life. I am a candidate for elevation. I am divinely lifted. God has exalted my horn as the horn of a unicorn. I am anointed with fresh oil. I advance in life and destiny. I mount up with wings as an eagle, I walk upon my high places in the name of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. AMEN.
