Topic: My sheaf must arise
Text: Gen 37:7

There we were, binding sheaves in the field. Then behold, my sheaf arose and also stood upright; and indeed your sheaves stood all around and bowed down to my sheaf.”
Genesis 37:7 NKJV
The field represents the world we are presently. Wherever you are on the planet earth is a field. It’s like a market and we all have our wares to trade. Your business is a field. Your family is a field. The environment you were born and raised is a field. We are all in one field or the other. Several of us are in more than one field.
We are in the fields to bind sheaves just like Joseph saw in his dream. By sheaf, I refer to your life, destiny and calling. Everyone is binding sheaves. Everyone is trying to interpret his purpose in life and in destiny. We are trying to sell our wares and trade our talents.
And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.
Deuteronomy 28:13 NKJV
Your sheaf (life, destiny, calling) does not accommodate failure, servitude or mediocrity. It is possible for everyone’s sheaf to arise and stand upright. God does not design anyone for failure or mediocrity. It’s your fault if your field is not arising.
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
III John 1:2 NKJV
Ask the Lord for rain In the time of the latter rain. The Lord will make flashing clouds; He will give them showers of rain, Grass in the field for everyone.
Zechariah 10:1 NKJV. God has promised rain to every grass in the field. He had made available all that you need to stand out. All you need to make your sheaf arise. Not every sheaf is standing but as for you, your own sheaf will arise, your destiny will succeed, your business will thrive. Everything you do will prosper in your hands.

What can keep a man’s sheaf from rising?
“Reuben, you are my firstborn, My might and the beginning of my strength, The excellency of dignity and the excellency of power. Unstable as water, you shall not excel, Because you went up to your father’s bed; Then you defiled it— He went up to my couch.
Genesis 49:3‭-‬4 NKJV
A man that is not stable in his ways, uncontrolled as a flood, unruly in life will never amount to anything great. This was the problem with Reuben. I pray God will bestow on you the grace to be firm, to stand out and excel in life and destiny.

Prayer Focus.
1. Father, let my sheaf arise and stand out in destiny, let my dream be fulfilled, let your name be glorified in my life. Cause me to excel in life and destiny.

2. Father, anything in me that could stop my sheaf from rising, that could prevent my dream from being fulfilled, that could hinder my glory, my dignity, my excellence, let it be totally destroyed today in the name of Jesus

3. Father release upon me, the grace to excel and stand out in life and destiny.
