How to operate in the supernatural
1. Relationship with Christ
2. Followership (Christ and your mentor, pastor, or leader who follows after Christ and is operating in the supernatural. Make yourself accountable. Every father must also be fathered. No one dropped from heaven with unction and anointing. Every leader must be led).
3. Focus: Avoid distractions, they keep you glued to the unimportant.
4. Fellowship with the Holy Spirit. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is the first step into the supernatural. Baptism of the Holy Spirit is baptism into the supernatural. The supernatural life cannot be lived outside the Holy Spirit. Micah 3:8, The spirit of God fills you with the power to live supernaturally. It is difficult to please God outside the Holy Spirit and the Christian life would be a struggle without the Holy Spirit. Acts 1:8, Isaiah 55:4, The power of the Holy Spirit is needed to be in command and to be a witness. You receive Exousia and Dunamis when you are baptized in the Holy Spirit. You are also filled with wisdom to properly manage Exousia and Dunamis received from the Holy Spirit.
5. Fasting and prayers: It is impossible to live in the supernatural outside of prayer and fasting. Genesis 32:24, Jacob wrestled with an angel all night and this signifies prayers. He prevailed with God in the place of prayers hence he also prevailed with Esau because he already settled it with God. Jesus said this kind does not go except by prayer and fasting. You must be able to stay off food and pray to generate power. Prayer is vital in the power equation, Jude 1:20. Spend time to generate power and keep yourself aflame for God. Your life must always be hot, not cold or lukewarm. The fire on your altar must not go down.
6. The word of God: Ecclesiastes 8:4, John 6:63. You need to immerse yourself in the study of the word. Let the word be in your heart and mouth. Meditate on the word of God, Joshua 1:8. 1 Thessalonians 1:5, the word must be mixed with power for effectiveness. Eat the word of God, meditate on the word of God. This will make your profiting appear to all.
Prayer Focus
1. Sweet Holy Spirit, help me to maintain a robust fellowship with you every day of my life. Help me not to stray away from your presence and help me not to grieve you.
2. Father, I ask for grace for the spiritual discipline of prayer and fasting to build power and operate in the supernatural
3. Father, I receive the power in the word of God, cause me to be divinely quickened each time I study the word.
4. Father, Initiate and launch me into the supernatural in the name of Jesus. Let my life be productive for you.
