Characteristics of a defended glory

A defended glory cannot be stripped regardless of evil plots against the glory, these plots will rather help the glory get fulfilled. A defended glory prospers in adversity. It cannot be stolen, aborted, or exchanged.

• A defended glory has a “Touch not” seal to the enemy: The enemy will not exact upon him nor the son of wickedness afflict him because his glory is defended. He cannot be afflicted, tormented, or oppressed by the enemy because of the protection on his glory. Psalm 105:13-15, God suffered no one to harm the children of Israel when they left Egypt. They were untouchable. As a believer, you carry the touch not unction on your life so the enemy is not permitted to touch you.
• Things are turned in favour of a defended glory: 1 Kings 2:15, The Kingdom of Israel was turned from Adonijah to Solomon’s. The first point in favour of Adonijah owning the kingdom was the fact that his mother was legally married to King David compared to Bathsheba. Secondly, Adonijah was the oldest surviving son of King David and was expected to be king after his father. Everything favoured Adonijah, including priests and warlords, particularly the Commander of the army, General Joab. Solomon had a defended glory in his favour. Despite all the oppositions against him, God turned the Kingdom for him. It does not matter who is working against you, as long as God is working for you, you are the victor.
• The enemies of a defended glory will help to destroy themselves: 2 Chronicles 20:22-24, God defended the glory of Joshua and Jehoshaphat making their enemies destroy themselves. The enemies of your destiny and that of your children will destroy themselves in the name of Jesus.
• A defended glory can only be blessed and not cursed: Whoever blesses a defended glory is blessed by God and whoever curses a defended glory is cursed by God. Numbers 23:8, 20. The blessings of a defended glory are irreversible. Whoever attempts to curse you will be cursed by God, Genesis 12:3. You are blessed, you cannot be cursed.

Prayer Focus:

1. There is a touch not anointing upon my life, I  cannot be harmed by the enemy, my children cannot be touched by the enemy in the mighty name of Jesus.
2. Father, let things turn in my favour and in the favour of my family just like it happened for Solomon.
3. Father, let the enemies of my destiny peace and progress destroy themselves.
4. I am blessed beyond the curse, I cannot be cursed. whoever blesses me is blessed and whoever curses me is cursed.
