Topic: Angelic encounters

Jacob enjoyed the ministry of angels all through his life. He had specific encounters with the angels of God. He left home and had a dream (an encounter with angels). A ladder was set on earth and it went up to heaven. The earth must connect to heaven for heaven to respond to the earth. Set machineries in motion (e.g. your prayers) to enable the angels of God to descend and ascend. You have a role to play, you can’t leave the entire responsibility to God. Set up a ladder to connect you to heaven, the ladder could be your prayers, fasting, sacrifices, hard work, or your service to God. Man has the responsibility of initiating whatever heaven will make possible in his life. Take the initiative for your miracle and transformation. May the top of the ladder you raise here reach up to heaven.
Cornelius set up a ladder of prayer and almsgiving which made God remember him and dispatched an angel to bring news to him. When angels journey with you, they part the sea before you as they did the children of Israel. Angels of God open your gate when they follow you like they did for Peter. As you set out this week, may the angels of the Lord meet with you. You won’t end this month on an empty note. The angels of God will meet with you and accompany you. Genesis 32:24, Jacob was left alone and he prayed. The angel of the Lord wrestled with him till the break of day. You need to enjoy angelic ministration if you must get to the place ordained by God for you. No man can succeed on his own, you need the ministry of angels in the form of men and men in the form of angels to help you get to the place God has prepared for you.
What do angels do when they accompany a man:
1. They bring good news: we all need good news. It changes and lights up our countenance and empowers us to keep going. The angels gave glad tidings to the shepherds in Luke 2: 10, get set for good news as you go through this week and before the end of the year.
2. They bring answers to you. Daniel 10:12, the angel brought the answer to the prayer of Daniel. An angel was sent to bring an answer to Elizabeth and to Mary (although she did not ask). God will dispatch your angels that will give you good news and answers of peace.
Prayer Focus
1. Father, as I set about my business this week, let your angels meet with me and accompany me in the name of Jesus. Father, may the angels command doors and gates to open for me this week and beyond in the name of Jesus.
2. Father, let me receive answers and good news to every question and issue of my life in the name of Jesus.
3. My heavens and doors are open this week. New doors and the hands of men are open to me. Favour is my lot and no door will close against me. I will not operate under a closed heaven. Good things and good news shall come for me. My long-awaited miracle shall come for me. I will not be stranded and angels of God will journey with me in the name of Jesus, The presence of the Lord shall be with me and everything I touch shall produce results, great things will come to me, I will not end this month on an empty note in the name of Jesus.
