Topic: Dealing with Pursuers

Pursuers will not find you in the name of Jesus. There are pursuers in life and destiny. It is not everyone who smiles at you who is happy with you, some are reporting you negatively and orchestrating evil against you. Some envy your present position. Joshua sent spies to spy on the Land of Jericho and they were accommodated by Rahab the harlot. The inhabitants of the land pursued the spies. There will be pursuers in the pursuit of your God-given purpose who do not want you to attain or achieve what God has planned out for you. The devil could use anything to hamstring you to prevent you from getting to the place God has designed for you. Your pursuers will not catch up with you. Their efforts and purpose will fail woefully and totally in the mighty name of Jesus. The pursuers of the spies shut the gates after them. Gates will not be shut against you in the name of Jesus.
Rahab advised the spies to go to the mountain to avoid being trapped by the pursuers and remain in hiding for 3 days. If you do not want to be trapped by pursuers, run to the mountain and hide. Sin, bad habits, Egypt, people are pursuing after you. The enemy is after you and your dream. The enemy does not fight what he does not fear. The mountain represents the place of Prayers. God told Moses, “There is a place by me and you will stand upon a rock”. Psalm 91 says “He that dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the Shadow of the Almighty”. Get to Your hiding place to be kept under the secret place. The things and people pursuing you will give up and refrain from coming after you in the name of Jesus. The pursuers looked for them all along the way but did not find the spies. Your pursuers will not meet you or find you. The Lord shall keep you. Your purpose in life and destiny will not be truncated in the name of Jesus. Gates of glory, blessings, and miracles will not be shut against you in the name of Jesus.
Prayer Focus
1. Father, let the pursuers give up concerning me and my family in the name of Jesus.
2. Father, hide me from the pursuers, hide me, my family and all that concerns me from the pursuers in Jesus’ name.
3. Father, let no evil find me in the name of Jesus.
4. Father, let the gates shut against my destiny and advancement open for me in the name of Jesus.
