Topic: The Promise of Favour
Text: Exodus 11:2-3
It’s the 304th day of the year, God has been faithful and has preserved and kept you for a purpose. Isaiah 43:21, he has preserved you to praise and worship Him. Lift your voice of thanksgiving to God and let him know how grateful you are for every day, week, month, quarter, and half of the year witnessed. Return the glory, honour and adoration to God. Holy are you Lord God Almighty, the heavens are full of your glory.
Prayers
1. Father, Show yourself mighty and great on my behalf in the remaining days of this year 2023
2. Father, keep your covenant with me and my house this end of the year season
3. Father, I refuse to end this year empty, give me something great to show that your name may be honoured and praised. Give me favour in the sight of all.
Remember the promises of God to the children of Israel through Moses before they left the land of Egypt: “I will give you favour in the hands of the Egyptians and when you go you shall not go empty-handed”. The major catalyst for the fulfillment of this promise is favour. Favour is what you get that brings other things along to you. Favour makes men open their hands to you, favour makes men open doors for you. Favour makes you remembered. We all need favour. The oil of favour will be upon your head. It will drip from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. Favour brings gifts. Your life will attract gifts and good things. The favour of God will be great and evident upon your life. Favour will cause people to give substance to you. Favour makes you get in one day what others have struggled and lobbied for in ten years. You will be divinely protected and shielded by the Almighty God. You won’t be a victim of evil, you’ll end the year on a note of celebration. No plague will come near your dwelling, you’ll walk your way safely, you will not stumble in Jesus name. Amen
