Topic: The altar of prayers
Text: 1 Samuel 30:8, 2 Samuel 5:22-23
What makes the altar of prayers important?
1. It is the place of change of situations.
2. It is the place of supernatural involvement
3. It is the place of divine revelation and direction. A man can only be elevated by revelation. David inquired of the Lord in the texts for today and gained victory as he was divinely led by God. This is the reason David did not lose any battle except the battle with Bathsheba. Deuteronomy 29:29.
Daniel and his friends prayed and the secrets were revealed to them on the altar of prayers. The secret to prosperity is revealed on the altar of prayer.
Jeremiah 33:3, there is a showing on the altar of prayer. Mysteries of life are figured out on the altar of prayer.
4. The altar of prayer is the place of supernatural provision. 1st Kings 18:42.
Elijah prayed for supernatural provision of rain or dew. He had earlier prayed for the shutting of heaven due to the apostasy of Ahab and he needed to pray for rain and dew to be restored. He prophesied there would be rain after which he went to the top of the mountain to pray because he knew only God could make it happen. To experience and enjoy the rain and dew of God upon your life, you need to pray. Matthew 7:7-8.
Prayer
I decree a total turn around of every unfavorable situation in your life, the Lord will come around for you and be supernaturally be involved with you. The secrets of God, prosperity, enlargement, success shall be revealed to you. Receive the grace to do as you’re instructed by revelation. Access to the mysteries of greatness is granted to you. I decree that every evil altar raised against your life and destiny shall collapse. Your eyes of understanding is opened. You’ll know what to do, where to go, who to call, you will no longer be stranded in the name of Jesus. Your steps are ordered by the Lord. Hard sentences shall be resolved by you. Heavens are opened for supernatural provisions. Bread will be given unto you and your water will be sure. No door will be closed against you, God will empower you, your altar of prayers shall be strong, the fire of God will burn upon the altar by day and night. The fire will not go out in Jesus name.
